Over the past year we have been working hard to build our brand across social media as well as leading online markets.

We have a wide range of collections across our site with each one containing beautiful hand made products.

As each item is hand made and carefully personalised. We don't have a factory, stock warehouse or employees to make your orders. We do this all in our home studio.

Below is some helpful information about ordering, delivery times and processing.

Personalisation

How do i order a personalised item?

On each product page there is a personalisation box that allows you to leave your customisation for us to see once you have ordered.

Please ensure that your text is correct and outlines exactly how you want your personalisation to look on the product.

Acrylic Colours

Fully customise your order by choosing your acrylic colours.

We can offer these colours for almost every product. Mix and match from these colours when you order a product that has 3D acrylic text.

Please be aware that colours may appear different to the colours shown on screen.

Proof Requests

You can request proofs of your orders by typing in the personalisation box 'Proof Requested' along with your email address.

We will send you a proof to your email address and await your reply. Please be sure to check this as once you have accepted the proof we can not make alterations.

Turnaround & Delivery

As all of our products are made to order, we require a turnaround window of 5-7 business days to make your order.

All our products are shipped via Royal Mail using their 48hour tracked service.

If you have ordered large signage such as welcome signs or seating plans, we will ship these via DPD Next Day Delivery.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive.
